For this it might have been better to start a new thread since this one is so old.
Can you still boot the phone up and access the menus?
If so these steps should work still:
Master reset from settings menu
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
Back up all necessary data on the internal memory. See: Prepare for a master reset and back up data on Android.
Turn off automatic backup, because it may make your issues return after the reset:
From the Home screen, press Menu.
Touch Settings.
Touch Privacy.
Verify that both the Backup my settings and Automatically restore check boxes are cleared.
From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
Touch Settings.
Touch SD& phone storage.
Touch Factory data reset.
Touch Reset phone.
Touch Erase everything. The phone turns off and back on.
