Just got off the phone with T-Mob. They are having text issues with some of their phone numbers. They said they expect to have it resolved by March 21, 2014. How they know the fix date is strange. They said I have to call back then if I want to try for credit. Lame.
This is just another issue in a long string of T-mob issues. Slow data being another. I am hoping T-mob starts spending more time and energy in customer service for customers they have and less time trying to replace customers they are losing.
