March 23rd with the exception of the international texting from the US which I believe is April 1st. It all happens including all the data bumps automatically withe the exception if you are currently on the $20 unlimited add on which you will be grandfathered in current plan unless you want to change to the $30 unlimited plan for the higher tethering limit.
