In addition to Steve's correct answer, here's another tip if you are ever unsure of a notification.
- Tap and hold the notification.
- Tap app info
- Choose to turn off the notification, uninstall or disable (turn off) the application. (Please use caution when disabling or “turning off” any application as it can have unintended side effects. If you are not sure it is 100% safe to turn off or disable the application, please leave it running.)
