Had the same issue 175. dollars later.. for deductible for insurance. and I check repair cost are conveniently 200. so you have no option but to use their insurance... I turned up the volume on my Galaxy S4 and the screen went black the cracks under the glass were so fine that thru my hard case they were not even visible. Turn up the volume screen went black has been in a hard case since I bought it less than 9 months ago... buyer beware.
