Oh, I'm sure Tmo is aware of the problem too. And notice how they don't say anything. I've been updating this thread for a week, with everything I've done to try to resolve this issue. One Tmo specialist has chimed in, without any particularly useful comment, and then its radio silence from there on out. Samsung has completely ignored my emails. And to let you guys know, this is NOT an issue with just Tmo. This is also happening on ATT SG3's as well. And I am posting all the things I have tried in an attempt to let people know what's been tried, so they don't waste their time. Here's hoping the caller id settings work, although I'm not very hopeful at this point,
