Seriously i can not take t-mobile anymore... I feel every time i finally get something worked out, something else happens! I dont even feel safe having my info online anymore because i swear to god you people are changing things without my permission... For some odd reason it shows last month i owe $152... Are you kidding me? I have never ever ever EVER missed a payment! Not only that my bill for this month does not make any sense what so whatever seeings how for some odd reason i owe $101?? I personally had a person from a store help me fix my account, which he has credited my account $50 for all the trouble i went through, though i do not see it on there anymore... My bill for this month had showed i only owed $21... I even looked online and everything at the time, i also got a text msg saying my billing cycle had changed to being due the 13th but yet it is showing differently now.... I have enough things to stress about and worry about money wise...For the love of god i just want my account fixed for good... This is getting out of hand... But i guess if customer care cant fix it, as they didnt this last time...I shall just go to the store once again and demand even more credit to my account for all this putting me through... Yeah good job t-mobile on your customer care, if anything they are making you lose more money on me with all the account credit ill be getting...
