I haven't been able to pay mine online either since they changed over to the new and "better" website back in October or November whenever they changed it over. I have contacted them month after month about this issue and they have said they would "fix it" for me and I still haven't seen any results. Every time I attempt to pay my bill I get a message that says "We're sorry your payment did not go through try again" This is an ongoing issue that they seem to want to cover up and act like their new website works properly. If they don't get the bugs in their new website fixed soon I will be taking my concerns to my local news station and have one of their investigative reporters look into it and air on television T-Mobile's failure to fix their website problems. Then everyone in my area at least would know T-Mobile isn't as great as they make themselves out to be. Tired of dealing with this ongoing problem I give them $100+ a month and I not only expect but, deserve to have a working website and able to pay my bill online. I have tried Internet Explorer and Firefox both. I have tried public computers and the computers at work to pay online too and my payment will not go through on any browser or any computer.
