Re: Gold Rewards: Switching between Pay as you go and Pay by the day?

I switched from Pay as you and Pay by the day and back. I had Gold Reward status before switching but not after switching back. The balance expiration remained unchanged, but not the status. That is evident after next recharge, it did not move the balance expiration out 365 days as expected. There does not seem to be any clear information on T-Mobiles web site about the rules related to Gold Reward status when switching plans. The entire issue was only introduced with removal of the day pass.
