Well, so far my experience with T-Mobile is just the same as with Sprint. Jennifer, I have emailed the address you provided which in turn told me to call some porting department which we have. Their response is that we must have an active T-Mobile account before they will look into why we cannot transfer our numbers. If we sign up with a new account without porting our numbers at time of activation then we do not qualify for the ETF credits towards our Sprint contract correct?
