Hello, I am very frustrated with T-Mobile right now. My insurance plan was cut off for some reason. I had the 7.99 premium insurance plan. I received a text from T-Mobile today stating that there were changes to my account.
I went to check the plan and saw that my insurance plan was gone. I called T-Mobile today and was told that my phone did not support the insurance plan. When I try to go and add the plan again, it's not available.
My phone is an iPhone 5S 64GB in silver. How is that not supported? For Christ's sake, it's a new phone that came out in September!!
When I ordered the phone, I was told that my plan was supported, so why are you trying to mess with me once again, T-Mobile?
I might just go and buy AppleCare+ or SquareTrade.
