I have been trying to look at upgrade options for my phone (looking at getting an iPhone), but whenever I click through selecting the line I want to upgrade, I see something loading and then it almost immediately gets replace with the following error message:
Our website is temporarily unable to complete your request. Please try again in a few minutes. For immediate assistance, please call 1-877-334-7151.
This happens no matter what browser I use. I previously a similar issue with payment arrangements that force me to call every time I need to set something up as the website does not work; it appears that ever since T-Mobile upgraded their website there has been bugs like this with sections of the page simply not working anymore.
Can I get some assistance with this so I can view my upgrade options? As I said something appears to load and then quickly gets hidden and replaced with the above error message.
