Web Ordering

Cannot order/upgrade a new phone. Logged in to my account
and proceeded to upgrade my phone to HTC One. Upon entering all the info and
signed the electronic signature the "submit" button/or order link
would not process. Tried on Explorer 10 and Chrome. Called T Mobile support,
611, they said that they could not give me the same price as the advertised
price on the web and wanted to charge me $50 more to do it by phone. What's
going on at T Mobile where this ambiguous ordering can not be corrected over
the phone when the web site is not function correctly and what’s wrong with
online ordering??? Why is it difficult to place an order???
