Sad to see others are having the same problem. I really hope I won't have to go to a store and present my IDs, or call over the phone and give them a whole bunch of personal information. I don't even see a "manage account" option anywhere, not in mobile.hotspot or mim.t-mobile.com, when I click "My Profile" after logging in it just sends me to the mim.t-mobile.com which does nothing and has no content filter settings. Is calling really the only way to disable this thing? Not looking forward to it, if so. ):
